Steps.

1. Get friend to start up a job Titan of a job
2. walk into doorway of doomsday heist room until the screen shows up all the details
3. Bring up phone, go play quickjob-doomsday heist -alone-are you sure?-yes.
4. When searching for a job, bring phone back up and hover over quick job icon.
5. as soon as crew emblem disappears, smash A twice X on playstation
6. You are now glitched out, to stay glitched out, join friend in titan of a job.
7. when on alert screen to join friend, get him to back out.
8. You are now able to drive in facilty. Drive cars to yellow circle to block doors see video for placement
9. press A to exit facility and immediately press Y to enter car on exit.
10. You are now outside facility, you should see the cars plate change to the plate from the vehicle you parked outside.
11. Thats it, dupe done. Drive it into the mobile dupe Centre to save it.

To repeat, no need to change sessions just start again from step 1.
