GTA Vice City stands out from the series not just for it’s neon flair but as a natural evolution for the franchise. A tough thing to do for a prequel game. It’s got all the familiar GTA elements in it but with hawaiian shirts and that 80s vibe that is incredibly charming, in a criminal underworld sorta way.
