Rockstar made changes to the Biker Businesses & Gunrunning Bunker Business in GTA Online to prepare for the next GTA 5 Kingpin Empire Building DLC Update!

The function that trigger raids for Biker/Bunker Businesses was removed.
Not sure why, it could be something to do with the next update.
You can leave your businesses to produce and reach full stock without the trouble of being raided.#GTAOnline
